Fiorente has been created with bartenders in mind. The delicate and floral taste of Fiorente makes any drink taste better. Fiorente contains 20 percent ABV, and has a lower sugar content than most Elderflower liqueurs. Delicate with prosecco in summer favourite Fiorente Spritz, surprising with spirits as a floral touch in cocktails.

Why Fiorente

Fiorente is an all-natural Italian liqueur made of wild elderflowers. Its formula includes mint, lemon and lime infusions, to add a zesty finish to its delightfully floral and herbal character. With 20 percent ABV, Fiorente can be used as a base for aperitivo drinks, or as a modifier in
more complex cocktails. Fiorente has a lower sugar content than most
other elderflower liqueurs.

Where Fiorente is made

Fiorente is produced by Distillerie Francoli, a family company with an excellent reputation for the distillation of high quality grappa and for the production of liqueurs. Established in Ghemme, Piemonte, the distillery benefits from an exceptional environment, under the Alps and near to lakes Maggiore and Orta. This region has some of the purest air and cleanest waters in Europe. The Francoli distillery was the first ever to be officially certified ‘carbon-neutral’ with ‘zero footprint’ by Lifegate, the reference for Sustainable development in Italy

Apple & Cinnamon Flowersour

Ingredients: 35ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur – 15ml White Rum – 10ml Cinnamon Liqueur – 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice -20ml Lemon Juice

Method: shake all ingredients vigorously and pour in a large chilled coupe, garnish with apple.

Fiorente Spritz (Hugo)

Ingredients: 25ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur – 50ml Prosecco – 50ml Soda Water – Juice from 2 lime wedges – 6-7 Mint leaves

Method: build in a wine or rocks glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Flowergrass Swizzle

Ingredients: 50ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur – 25ml Lemongrass Infused Vodka – 15ml Lime Juice – 1 Passionfruit

Method: pour all ingredients in a rocks class over crushed ice, swizzle and garnish with lemongrass.

Harvester’s Delight

Ingredients: 50ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur – 15ml Moscato/Chardonnay Grappa – 15ml Lemon Juice – 4 Muddled Grapes

Method: Muddle Grapes, add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour over crushed ice with grape slices.

Raspberry Flowersour

Ingredients: 50ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur – 35ml London Dry Gin – 15ml Lime Juice – 5 Raspberries

Method: shake all ingredients vigorously and pour in a large chilled coupe, garnish with an edible flower.

Yuzu flower fizz

Ingredients: 50ml Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur -25ml Yuzu Sake or Marie Brizard Yuzu – 25ml Lemon Juice

Method: shake all ingredients vigorously and pour in a rocks glass over crushed ice, garnish with lemon wheels.
